Kathy Groom
Founder of PrayerSisters.org
Kathy has been a Prayer Sister since 1998 and now travels to share her passion for other women to become Prayer Sisters™. She works directly with Women's Ministry Directors to help launch Prayer Sisters™ ministries within their own churches. Through her speaking, she inspires women to begin their own groups and instructs them how to get started. With training and follow-up materials, she helps women begin and maintain this valuable ministry.

Ruth Bowser
Ruth speaks from years of experience in Women's Ministry leadership. She served in a regional position as Women's Ministry Director for the Rocky Mountain Baptist Conference for several years and at present is Director of Women's Ministry at Southeast Christian Church in Parker, Colorado. Ruth's desire is for Women's Ministries to become a place where women are encouraged with a sense of belonging, empowered in becoming who they are in Christ and equipped for blessing others. She is passionate about helping other Women's Ministry Directors start Prayer Sisters™ ministries within their local churches and is prepared to train leaders as well as speak at ministry launch events.
